Umami Seasoning

Use Umami Seasoning when cooking meats, gravies, soups, stir fry, vegetables, eggs, and even pop corn. Adding Umami Seasoning makes a good dish better. The seasoning contains approximately 40% dried mushroom powder by volume. The seasoning comes in a 7 oz shaker container.

Seasoning must be heated (cooked) to release the same beneficial nutrients that you would get when cooking fresh mushrooms.
