Our Morning Routine blend has what you need to begin your day with energy and focus. It contains both Lion's Mane mushroom extract and Cordyceps mushroom extract. Take one dose under your tongue or add it to your morning coffee. If you get that afternoon slump, you can take another dose after lunch. If you feel like you need more, you can take 2 doses at a time, up to 6 doses per day.
Dosage:
Use the dropper to put the tincture under your tongue for fastest results. You can also add it to any food or drink before consuming.
Mushroom tincture comes in a 60 serving dropper bottle. A serving is approximately 1 milliliter, or 1 dropper full. One serving per day should be plenty, but you can take up to three servings per day.
