Shiitake Powder

Use Shiitake Mushroom Powder when cooking meats, gravies, soups, stir fry, vegetables, eggs, and even pop corn. Adding Shiitake Powder makes a good dish better by adding mushroom flavor and nutrition. The seasoning contains approximately 50 grams of dried mushroom powder. The seasoning comes in a 3 oz shaker container.

Seasoning must be heated (cooked) to release the same beneficial nutrients that you would get when cooking fresh mushrooms.
