Our Evening Routine blend has what you need to end your day by promoting relaxation. It contains both Reishi mushroom extract and Lion's Mane mushroom extract. Take one dose under your tongue or add it to any beverage. Take in the evening or any time you want to relax. If you feel like you need more, you can take 2 doses at a time, up to 6 doses per day.
Dosage:
Use the dropper to put the tincture under your tongue for fastest results. You can also add it to any food or drink before consuming.
Mushroom tincture comes in a 60 serving dropper bottle. A serving is approximately 1 milliliter, or 1 dropper full. One serving per day should be plenty, but you can take up to six servings per day.
