Ingredients
- 1 package Mushrooms (Shiitake, Oyster, or Lion's Mane)
- 1/4 cup Oil or Butter
- 1 tsp (or more to taste) MagMusrhooms Umami Seasoning
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms
Step 2
Heat the oil or butter
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the oil or butter and sautee for 5 to 10 minutes. Sautee longer if you like crispy mushrooms. Be careful not to burn the mushrooms.
Step 4
Serve hot or add to your favorite recipe. You can also add a sauce for more flavor, worcestershire, teriyaki, etc.
