Personal Note:

Reishi mushroom tincture has become an essential part of my bedtime routine. I take it every night to calm my mind and ease into a peaceful sleep. I also find it incredibly helpful for quickly falling back asleep if I wake up during the night, thanks to keeping a bottle within reach.
