Mushroom Pasta

About the Recipe

This is a delicious main course. It is a vegetarian dish but you can also add chicken, bacon or other meat, if you like.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 2 teaspoons Umami Seasoning (or more to taste)

  • 1 package Sliced Mushrooms (Shiitaki or Oyster)

  • 1 package Pea Microgreens (chopped)

  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

  • Small box of Pasta

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1


Bring a 4 quart pot of salted water to a boil for cooking pasta. Cook according to package instructions



Step 2


Heat oil over medium heat. Add Umami Seasoning and Mushrooms. Cook for 5-10 minutes.



Step 3


Add chopped Pea Microgreens and cook 1 additional minute. Stir in Lemon Juice.



Step 4


Mix Mushroom mixture with Pasta and Parmesean Cheese. Serve immediately.
